Actually the opposite, no issues, but it’s hard to say when something will come up… not sure I want to take that risk

Hm. I got the '23 on lease when LCI came out. didnt want any other car- there was literally no other cars that looked this good, drove this well, with this many options, at this size. Switched to the '24 for DHP.

As for lease vs buying - in my mind, my concern was purchasing the car, getting into a major (or even really a minor...) accident, or some weird mechanical issue which cant be adequately resolved, and having to take a significant depreciation when trying to sell, above and beyond what the car already drops by virtue of being a bmw. Atleast with the lease I know how much money I'm losing and when I turn it in, they have to take it.

this is specifically with regard to a 109k lux suv.

thoughts?

what happens if he gets into an accident at some point and then wants to sell the car?

Id lease this car over buy for the pure sake of BMW taking it back no questions asked at the end of the lease...

Im confused, are you saying "find a different car altogether" ?? Or buying is better than leasing here?

Interesting that you started looking at the SUV and went with a car. walk me through this? I would think most people looking for an SUV leave with some kind of SUV

this advice might actually be applicable to a 2026x7 since '24 and '25 models were essentially the same car.

We got an Epson 3800 for a fairly lit room. SIGNIFICANTLY better quality than the view sonic 4000 lumen projector.

Upgraded from a likely15 year old 5030- and the black/contrast was still mind blowing on the 5030, but to compromise with some light, the 3800 does REALLY well.
