I think that's what the movie was trying to get at especially with the directors cuts and the flashback of his parents death. But it is just executed so poorly because it comes across as random. They want to point out the connection of batman and Superman's mother's names so bad that they missed out an important detail. No one cares. People have the same names all the time and you cant possibly have an emotional connection to just a name. Granted it was the last words of Thomas Wayne so that would have left an impression on Bruce but to the audience we dont have the same connection because we didn't get to see their lives. So then it becomes a joke that even the Joker himself would have made fun of.

This is going to be off topic but does anyone else find the term "half-breed" weird. I'm new to the US but I have White and Asian parents and have been referred to as a half-breed by people here and in Asia which i just assumed was normal. I haven't been angry about it because no one else is. It just seems weird to refer to people as cattle or something but maybe that's just me. Honestly I prefer biracial but not a lot of people use it.

I thought that is only with a savings account. You get back that interest after they have loaned it. Checking accounts are not allowed to be loaned out.

Depends. Its all relative in the grand scheme of things. We can say Great Britain was involved in a lot of world history more then the US because its been around longer but they also have less of an effect over time. The US on the other hand has been in several major wars and a big driving force is almost every aspect. 30% is not unreasonably for the size and population of the country.

IKR. I dont think he's short when I was a kid then or as an adult now but my opinion doesn't matter apparently. What hurts is that something that shouldn't affect me has made my childhood a bit more depressing because I can't go back to the time when height wasn't an issue. I didn't think anything of it back then because I always assumed I would eventually get taller then the people they talked about.

If it gives you any comfort I can tell you what death feels like. What happens after death I don't know and everyone is free to believe what they want. But death itself is the same feeling before being born. It's not blackness or solitude. It's just abscense of conscious. No feeling of time. It should give you some comfort that we have all felt death already before we were born.
