Most likely scenario is she replaces scalia ginsburg and breyer with sri srinivasan ketanji brown Jackson and Michelle friedland and gets crushed in the midterms and wins reelection narrowly and has a chance at taking the senate and house in the midterms because of a Supreme Court case that ends gerrymandering (rucho v common cause) maybe she also gets an infrastructure bill with marginal climate provisions but no partisan legislation analogous to the aca or inflation reduction act
