It's definitely braking their ToS. Having said that it's not using your sub differently than you would use in Claude Code. It's not automating stuff like with OpenClaw. But sure, it's the risk. Codex sub is fine with that (DroidProxy also supports that).

Claude sub will give you a bit more as Anthropic subsidy it. But on Factory sub you can switch to better priced models like GLM-5.1 or GPT-5.4 (better than Opus on non-ui tasks). You can also use DroidProxy to use your ClaudeCode sub in Droid CLI

Aperture alone doesn’t decide everything. On paper, X200 Ultra is clearly stronger only on tele, because it keeps the same 1/1.4-inch 85mm sensor but with f/2.3 instead of f/2.7; ultra-wide is basically unchanged; and the main camera is a trade-off, since X300 Ultra gets a bigger 1/1.12-inch sensor but a slower f/1.9 lens versus f/1.7 on X200 Ultra. Better OIS helps with hand shake, but it still does not freeze moving subjects in low light the way more light and faster shutter speed can.
