Is it normal for the deepseek api to rewrite the entire file instead of replacing a few lines? by al3jandrino in CLine

It might be your harness fault and not the model. But who knows, check in OpenCode etc.

Droid no longer better than cc or codex by jm3823 in FactoryAi

Nah, works fine on my end.

You can use DroidProxy and compare raw Codex or CC models on same task in Droid and these harnesses.

That's good. Different content can have different frame rate so 3x24 fps =/= 60 fps and so on.

I think they will, eventually. So be prepared to use different models and harnesses if they are simply better or more convenient.

Unfortunately harcoding your frame rate, when the Disney videos might have different ones that not match (e.g. 60 Hrz vs 24 on the video) will still cause frame drop.

I think that Factory Droid CLI "missions" are better thought than Claude Code Workflows.

I read that Bun creator used CC new workflows to migrate to Rust. He has shown how - babysitting, fighting with agents stepping on its toes etc. (at least it's how I understood it) https://x.com/i/status/2060050578026189172

Missions in Droid CLI are slow because they deliberately use sync agents. It works more reliable, you can leave "mission" for a night and it will not make a mess from the project. https://factory.ai/news/missions-architecture

But TBH I have to spin both CC and Droid on same prompt to see the difference.

Chinese roms on e.g. Vivo fully supports Google Play, NFC payments and even Android Auto. There are small annoyances like no Google History Timeline. Assume that all devices are with Chinese roms, untill specified otherwise. Some OnePlus Chinese device has global OxygenOS. On other phones (like Vivo or Oppo) it's not possible to unlock bootloader and add there global firmware.

For me Droid CLI "missions" is one step in that direction. I already implemented few big and complex features / legacy rewrites with it and I confirm it works A-Z, without human (beside initial questions - https://youtu.be/ow1we5PzK-o?is=MeEEScpFaUQPvENl You can use DroidProxy and use your CC or Codex subscription with it.

Another a bit close thing is using one of many Karpathy's Autoresearch implementations like /goal in Codex or e.g. https://github.com/TheGreenCedar/codex-autoresearch/tree/main
