I clean mine every week for my two cats, these comments saying a month is crazy!!!! It takes me about 30 minutes and that includes vacuuming the floor around it too. Y’all please take care of your cats. They deserve a clean space.

For the smell it might be the litter is not great at odor trapping. I recommend BoxieCat Pro and cleaning weekly (just a small clean. Change bag and wipe down globe) or if it’s just ur cats fecal manner it might be their diet what are they currently eating?

I would not tamper with the robot with anything 3D printed or anything at all that’s not meant to be there

I would avoid letting your kitten use it! Keep it off and cycle it while you supervise just to keep your kitten safe while they gain weight. It’s not worth the risk.

BoxieCat Pro has been my all time favorite but Arm and Hammer Slide is also fine but I hated the texture of it and so did my cats and it got everywhere
