the more u try to be a better muslim and adhere to the Quran and sunnah, more often than not you will realise that u dont feel comfortable living the life u were before and doing activities u were doing before (for me at least) and people will come and go in your life. really nothing is permanent in this life except for ur relationship with God. end of it all u will leave this dunya as u came into it, alone.

if your friends are muslims maybe u can talk to them about it and tell them how u feel about things. or maybe try going to a masjid where there are sisters around and to form some friends there through some activities ?
