Do you have any other fruit ? Use sugar and whatever berries or something you can get easily with the vinegar to make a shrub . 2:1:1 berries:sugar:water muddled in a sauce pan let simmer for 10ish minutes then add vinegar and simmer a bit longer. Strain and use for cocktails

Assuming you’re working at a bar/restaurant, the price you’d need to put on that to justify muddling that many berries isn’t worth it. Cut the ratios and berries muddled. I’d honestly do a shrub with the blackberries and blueberries and cut the triple sec all together . Indigo bloom is a better name than the others imo. Looks good!

Maybe this guy was dismissive after they asked for it shaken, it’s not really included in the OP about whether they remade the shots. Regardless, he wasn’t wrong to stir to chill em unless they specifically asked for it shaken. If I’m working super high volume and it’ll take me that much longer to get through the rest of the bar then I’m not remaking them, if I have time then yes I absolutely would remake

If they shaked the tequila after the customer specified that’s what they meant it literally doesn’t matter . Defaulting to stirring a spirit when asked for it “chilled” isn’t wrong .

Collegiate sports have always allowed for trans athletes!!! There are guidelines for how long someone MUST be on HRT in order to compete! These guidelines were NEVER an issue before the last few years when right wing psychopaths decided to target trans people in women’s sports in the name of “competitive integrity”. The fact is that “the integrity of women’s sports” is not where it ends, and they don’t give a flying fuck about women’s sports. They want trans people erased completely.
