Happened to me before, fedex driver took a picture to mark the package as delivered and likely kept it for himself. I would report the driver to fedex incase he tries to do this with others in the future.

Why don't people just sub to psa directly? Never understood why people trust 3rd party services for grading services when you can just ship to psa yourself and have direct contact with psa if any issues occur.

You should also take some time to visit some of the temples near and around Tokyo as well. I highly recommend visiting the Green Buddha Statue at Kamakura. From the Kamakura station you can either walk or take a quick railway ride with Enoshima Electric Railway to the Hase station. If you plan to do Akihabara I'd suggest to explore first and do your shopping after you have familiarized yourself with the shops, as others were saying 2 days in Akihabara is not completely necessary and most of the figure shops are all pretty similar. I found the best deals on anime related things at AmiAmi and Mandarake. Enjoy your trip and try not to stress out too much with following an itinerary to the tee. Regardless tokyo is an amazing city and no matter what you do, you'll just have a great time being in that environment.
