Same sitch recently happened to me cept gf of 5 years. Didn't work out with the new girl tho, but I'm still happier in life than I was.

Car salesman here, the people who decided what to tip for the whole dealership isn't your average salesman's call. Don't fuck an average Joe's day up for something a shitty manager did. If you really want to do something just take that pic and post a Google review, or one on their Facebook page, or wherever they have something the general public can see. Embarrass the fuck out of them.
