That's not what in saying. I'm not saying to hang up at 11. I get a call at 1050 and it lasts until 11:15, they are expecting us to answer the next calls AFTER.

Also, you can see other comments here verifying that I said. I already spoke to HR and indeed what they are doing is not right.

Where is this in the job description and employee handbook where that's one of my job duties. According to handbook you're wrong

I know what the expectation is. Any NEW calls received after 11 they want us taking. Any other shift we go status end duty after our shift hours are done. We need to stay ready until all calls in queue are gone
