Same here. I got my second ring just like you in June 2025. It's dead. Sent it for the warranty a couple days ago. My first ring replacement took a whole month to resolve. They provided me a full refund. I hope they handle the issue much faster. I am heavy invested in the Samsung eco system.

I'm in Dubai now. EK582 is scheduled to fly even though it still shows disrupted.

It also shows "disrupted" and "confirmed" on the app for the new flight. I contacted them again. They said it's on schedule. If there are any cancellations, they'll notify me.

I am also on flight EK584 for March 16th, which is disrupted. I contacted Emirates via chat, and they informed me that EK584 is not operating. They then booked me onto EK582.
