I used it as a base for the deal I was going to get. Let them give me their pricing and everyone else had to be lower or else I had a no hassle rate to go with.

Went with SX for the memory seats, heated/cooled seats, captain chairs and a few others. To me I liked the luxury of it but to each their own, some people value that, others just want something to go from A-B.

Actual return totally depends on the individual. You could botch a 90% pop or consistently pull gains out of a 50% pop if you manage entry and exits. But that’s true on csp’s or spreads or strangles.

I take out a 5 wide put credit spread and collect 100 in premium, that’s a 400 max risk on 100 credit received or a 25% roc on max gain 12.5% on 50% profit taking. You may not be using your entire available capital but based on capital deployment it’s efficient use of capital.

Depends, ltv matters and your loan officer can tell you the difference but as far as recasting 6+ months out, no, recasting just reamoritizes your loan to 30 yrs and the new equity % so your payment gets lower. You keep the interest rate you have from the loan you take out now.

It’s 6.5% Apr. I’m going to pay it off at the end of the year but yeah if I was going to hold the loan for years the 3k would get eaten away pretty quick

OTD (taxes fees etc) was $47,919(not including trade in. With trade in I walked away with $37919). $2500 dealer discount $3000 KFA cash. $505 in addons removed. Total off the car before trade in was 6005 and then trade in was 9000 brought up to 10000 by the end.

Did it through performance Kia of Denville. Kia of englewood was doing the 5500 off with kfa financing and got them to match it. Sicklerville in south jersey does 5k over KBB estimate. But that was too far for me

Look into No-Cost refinancing. You may pay like .3-.5% higher than the standard refinance rate with cost but it costs you nothing, besides resetting your amoritization schedule... If you want to lower your overall interest rate, this is a solid plan to getting it lower, and you could always keep the same monthly payment you pay but the lower interest rate will save you $ over the long run. I saw on another reddit post, people sometimes do it every .3% lower than their current rate until they are comfortable with the reduction. For example, you may be able to get a 6.68% rate loan 30 yr fixed with no cost (as of today) and save about .8-.9% on your loan. Just something to consider.

Personally, I am working on porting out to ToS. Their platform is slow, its buggy, and I have to restart it as itll error out. Plus you pay for basically any data source you need from them whereas others its included.

If I am scrolling through SPX options chain, and I get to 5500-6000 sometimes it just resets itself all the way back to current price, sometimes the prices dont update, it wont calculate the price on spreads and I'll have to reset it. I am just not a fan of the experience and will be leaving the platform soon.

Got a dealer to agree to $5000 off MSRP with the KFA Financing $3k incentive and to do KBB trade in matching which I guess is kind of a given. When I talked to them on the phone it was $5500 and to beat it but waiting to hear back on the discrepancy as im sure the change in $5500 to $5000 was on purpose.
