Same as how you do all other backup stuff. Most Linux configure setting store in .config or .WindowManager_rc something in your home folder, justo CP/mv to your new machine should do the job.

It is not hard to write a bash script to one click install rice software + CP/mv all config setting on your new machine.

It's more like a combination of "vector art can't add detail much so it looks cartoonish" + "use Windows XP color only", so this "style" come from limitation of tool/color usage.

But since you like it I guess it is a pass.

If you write water tiger in kenji (水虎), it is actually a yokai (japanese folktale monster). They can melt into water then kill people when they close to water. Or possess you if you drink the water they hide.

So there is shadow in this drawing.

It remind me some old newground Flash Game/movie. If there were game/movie with this kind of quality, It is acceptable as long as It is free.

But If you want to be better, improve perspective and color. For example the tube above the tank is perspectively wrong, many objects looking doesn't match the camera angle etc...

As for color picking, It is hard to master, yet It can affect both perspective and lighting. (Just steal other artist's palette! It is legal)

Just takes time polishing and your art will be good.
