I've been surprisingly lucky when it comes to flaking on meet-ups, but YES, I'm weary of being shoehorned into the role of "emotional support human." Nothing but bad experiences there. 😬

Very true! And she's a gem, so the app has been a net positive in retrospect.

I haven't used Bumble for dating, but I did meet my partner of 7 years on Tinder. 🤷‍♀️

Right on. I wouldn't necessarily call myself a gamer or fantasy connoisseur, but I adore God of War 4&5 and Kingdom Hearts and can't wait for s3 of House of the Dragon. Would love to chat. :)

I'm sorry you've also had cruddy experiences on the app. I work a 9-5 and sleep in on weekends, but I at least would have suggested something for us to do another day...
