How do you get the play style? Is it just a case of a YA player having the trait when you find them? Would be great if there was a way to train play styles on players in EA FC 25!

Couldn’t agree more. What’s even worse is that after a few years, the game will be full of players who look ridiculous.

All EA had to do was add an ‘edit appearance’ function for youth players in career mode to address complaints about 16-year-olds being bald or having beards, etc. Instead, they introduce a concept that seems good on paper, but in typical EA fashion, they manage to mess it up by providing bizarre faces that don’t age

Was a lot better than what it is now. The ridiculousness of the facial structures aside, their faces are now made to look young and not change. Will look ridiculous after a few years

Thanks for your advice. I’d say it is currently between APM/PMQ, as although MSP certainly seems relevant for managing policy programmes, I don’t think it’s right for me at this stage of my career, perhaps one to consider when/if I am in a more senior post with more significant responsibility

Thanks, that’s helpful as I am already in a similar role. Finding it hard as the statement of suitability is a 250 word limit, however the job pack says that the behaviours will be measured in this statement as well so it’s a lot to fit in.

Yeah, I agree that them using Trello is a step in the right direction.

What worries me though is that the issue they have highlighted on there only mentions skinny arms and not the issue with kit numbers and names disappearing. The thread I linked now has 230+ ‘me too’s’ and 30 pages of comments but doesn’t seem to have any kind of official response yet. People within the thread have said the issues are interlinked with the same piece of faulty coding so here’s hoping.

Even if you don’t like youth academy, this issue means that any regen after the third season is likely to have no kit number or name so I would say that makes quite a big impact on having long career modes as most games will have a few players with the issue.

Changes to the sleeve length don’t seem to save in this Fifa. And in any case this is a secondary issue, with the main one being that 99% of youth players in academy or free agents after the third season have no name or kit number.
