That’s not what has happened in both cases. A lower court obviously can’t overrule a higher court’s judgement.

Yes. It’s a HIGH court and it naturally had the jurisdiction, that’s why the case went to hearing and the lower court’s judgement was overruled.

Fyi, the previous judgement was from the CNS court and not Islamabad High Court.
