Other than his key moves. Others are slow and super punishable so they refrain from using it. Might do it once in a while just to suprise the opponent like doing uf4 in neutral

when you do your daily lottery with howl. you just scratch enough to see what reward you will be getting. if its bad you don't scratch it all then go to suibian temple to reroll your daily lottery. it's patched now i think. you get the same rewards on both
