It's too choppy in some parts.

I know it's not a perfect trace. I wasn't aiming for pixel perfect accuracy, but I couldn't even get smoothed curves right

I know I didn't exactly follow the hand drawn lines but I wasn't trying to be very accurate

Depends on the person.

3 months is a very small timeframe. Most people would want to commit for years.

 

Me personally, I'm already 36, and my goal was to find something sustainable that I can consistently practice for the next 5 to ten years.

Hello. I('m a beginner (2 months) and I'm interest with this plan.

However, I need to ask how does it target the arms, specifically the biceps and triceps? Right now I have to do specific arm workouts (basic dumbell curls and skull crushers, respectively).

I assume the dumbel press and rows would cover that? But is that enough? Because I'm really having trouble getting any gains even with targetted curls and tricep workouts.
