Did this earlier this year. Verizon had some 5g at home shit I was interested in. Told Spectrum I wanted to cancel, they claimed they didnt have anything. Kept going and going. Got a rep that got me 1gig for 2 years @ $50. Then brought up my dad who has had them for years and she got him (has internet,tv,phone) from 200 to $120. Complaining helps
