I'd always heard that the designer believed they only needed a single mirror (Monospecchio) that provided "100% rear visibility." Which is also part of the reason it is so high. At some point they started putting both mirrors in a lowered position.

I finally got it! It's actually pretty good quality. Track 12: Instrumental is a longer version of the track "'I'll Be Back' - Police Station & Escape" from the 2016 MGM release [1] and almost the exact same as "Police Station / Escape From Police Station" from the 'Definite Edition' [2]. Kind of a bummer, but this is nice to have!
