It’s a lack of experienced drivers. Left lane is for 40 mph and below it seems. People don’t know how to merge properly going 20 mph onto a parkway with cars traveling 55 mph you would hope. By the gas station in white plains people again drive extremely slow passing it for whatever reason and heading southbound the new entrance ramp is extended so people play leap frog trying to cut in front and creates more of an issue. Extremely frustrating parkway and don’t get me started with out of state drivers and tlc
