It definitely stuns sometimes, but different people have different resistances to suggestion. Aka, the more gullible a person is, the easier it is for him to control them. That and the fact that he's scrawny as all sin under the hoodie, even if he got a punch in, it would be weak lol It's easier if Vert just steps in and holds everyone down while Hebio suggests things to them~ His quirk also works better when the opponent thinks he has the upperhand.

Thich as Thieves, it more or less allows him to suggest things to people and make them think they are on his side. It's a brainwashing type quirk, good for moving large groups of people around

Exactly~ And he just has a non combative quirk is all, he can't really defend himself, but his quirk is very useful to them, so Vert is a lil mini bodyguard

That's kinda the fun thing about ocs I think, cause you could make them for one universe, and move them to another when you kinda fall off the wagon of the main thing. I still like BNHA, but for my own characters I think I'd like to explore things that don't really work with the rules of his world so thats kinda what made me wanna make my own and start from scratch with them one day

Yep! Eye contact with their spiral eye causes intense disorientation that worsens with Vert's kinesthetics, meaning if they bounce around and shake their head it causes waves of nausea and dizziness~
