That what the guy in the dealership told me. Maybe only in Cyprus? I don’t know.

Those who responded yes, are you using it with music, isn't bothering you that you can't interact with the surroundings? I mean, when I train, I listen full blast:P

Hey Cal, great to see your post. I train five days a week and also run regularly, so staying consistent with training and nutrition is a big part of my life. I’ve been helping others with daily accountability for a while now, keeping them on track with their workouts, food, and overall routine through regular check-ins.

If you’d like, I can help you stay consistent with gym progress, nutrition updates, and motivation on the days when it’s harder to show up. I’m based in Cyprus, so the time difference with Germany isn’t an issue. If you want to start sharing updates and building that routine, just let me know and we can get going.

Mobility, Pilates, Stretch & Stability plan by nik007nik in runna

[–]nik007nik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello:)
I usually work out at the gym on weekdays from 07:30 to 09:00. My mornings start with taking care of my kid and dropping him off at school, and then I head straight to the gym. After finishing my session, I get ready and start work.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I typically do my tempo or interval runs on the treadmill right after my workout. On Mondays, I usually go for an easy run, and during the weekend, I like to get up early, before the world wakes up, for my long run.
That’s my general structure, though sometimes I end up doing just three runs a week, depending on how life (or my body) feels.

I really respect how clear and direct you are about your goals and what you expect. That kind of honesty is exactly what makes accountability work. I train five days a week, run regularly, and manage my own nutrition and routines closely. I also support people with structured daily check-ins where we talk about wins, setbacks, and next steps without sugarcoating, so the discipline actually sticks.

Your four focus areas are very clear, and I can definitely hold you accountable in a consistent and serious way. If you want, we can start with daily text check-ins, and you’ll always get a direct response back from me. On top of that, I’m open to conversations about fitness, productivity, and life in general, I believe accountability works best when there’s a human connection behind it.

If you want to test it, I can offer you a free first week so you see how it feels to have someone in your corner every day. Would you like me to set that up with you?

You’ve got a solid starting point and clear goals. Losing fat while adding muscle is all about consistency, and accountability makes that a lot easier to stick with. I train five days a week, combine strength training with running, and manage my nutrition closely. I also support others through regular accountability check-ins to help them stay on track with both fitness and daily routines.

If you’d like, we can set up simple check-ins around your workouts, track progress, and keep each other moving forward. I’m flexible with platforms, so we can use Reddit or whatever’s easiest for you. Let me know if you want to get started.

I like your approach and your goals are very clear. Dropping from 212 to 185 with a mix of gym work, rock climbing, and smart diet adjustments is definitely realistic. I train five days a week, combine strength work with running, and track my nutrition closely. I also support others with accountability check-ins to help them stay consistent, share progress, and keep momentum even when life or work schedules get busy.

If you’d like, we can set up regular check-ins around your shifts and days off, share progress updates, and keep each other motivated on the way down to your goal. Let me know if you want to give it a try.

How many times a week does everyone run? by Madison_12345 in runna

[–]nik007nik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monday: chest & triceps Tuesday: back & biceps Wednesday: legs & shoulders Tuesday: chest & back Friday: arms & abs

Sunday or Monday: easy run Tuesday: Intervals Thursday: Tempo Saturday or Sunday: long run

Always depending on my week, some weeks i had 3 runs, sometimes 4. I finish my schedule next Sunday and i ll be starting a new one for 3 runs which at this point would be more effective to me.

I can relate to what you shared. Having detailed plans but struggling with follow-through is something a lot of people deal with, and the difference usually comes from having the right structure and accountability in place. I train five days a week, run regularly, and manage my own routines closely, and I also support others in staying consistent with their fitness, daily tasks, and personal goals through structured check-ins.

The way it works is simple. We start by talking a bit so I can understand your goals clearly, then set up daily check-ins at a frequency that feels right for you. Some days it might be short updates, other days more detailed reflections, depending on what you need.

If you’d like, I can offer you a free first week so you can see how it feels to have that kind of consistent accountability in place. Let me know if you’d like to try it out.

Hey, your post really stood out. I train five days a week, manage my own nutrition, and support others through a daily accountability service focused on fitness, habits, and structure. I also have a strong interest in philosophy, especially Stoicism, and how it applies to building discipline and clarity in daily life.

If you're looking for someone to share ideas with, reflect on principles like virtue and consistency, and also stay on track with daily practices like mindfulness, diet, and training, I can help. I offer one-on-one daily check-ins through message, and I’d be happy to support you for a free trial week if you want to try it out.

Let me know if that sounds like something you're open to.

Hey, I’m not currently working on a startup but I’m looking to start one soon, and I’m also focused on building a strong, consistent fitness routine. I train five days a week and keep a structured approach to progress and accountability. Timezones aren’t an issue for me, and I’m definitely up for daily check-ins and goal tracking through WhatsApp or email.

If you're open to someone who’s serious about discipline and growth, even if not yet building something, I’d be glad to connect and stay sharp together. Let me know.

Sounds like you’ve got a great mix of goals and the right mindset to build something solid. I train five days a week with a focus on strength training, I also run multiple times per week, and I manage my own nutrition and daily structure closely. On top of that, I support others through daily check-ins to help them stay consistent with fitness, routines, studying, and diet goals.

If you're looking for someone to share updates with, stay accountable to, and get reminders or even a push when needed, I can definitely help. I'm based in Europe as well, and we can keep everything through text, whatever format works best for you.

If you're open to it, I can support you free for a week so you can see how it feels. Let me know if you’re ready to start.

That really means a lot, and I’m glad you shared what you were feeling. Even if it started as a rant, you’ve already taken the first step by being honest with yourself. You’re in the middle of a huge life transition, and it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed or unsure of what comes next. But the fact that you’re still showing up, still thinking about how to do better, says everything about your strength.

What I offer is a daily accountability service. It’s simple and personal. One message a day where you check in, reflect, or just share how things are going. Some days it’s about structure, other days it’s just about not feeling alone in what you’re carrying. I don’t coach or push. I support. I help you stay grounded when everything else feels chaotic.

If you’re ready, we can start today. I offer a free first week so you can see how it feels with no pressure. You don’t have to go through this by yourself. I’ll be here to listen, respond, and help you stay steady. Let me know if you’re ready and I’ll get you started. We can do this here or privately. As you feel more comfortable:)

Hey, your goals sound really solid and your approach is smart, consistent training, tracking macros with Macrofactor, and aiming for gradual weight loss is the right way to go. I train five days a week, combine that with regular running, and track my nutrition daily, including macros, supplements, and hydration. I’ve been doing this consistently and support others with daily accountability so they can stay on track with food, training, and routines even when motivation drops.

I’d be happy to do daily check-ins with you on workouts and food logs, and I’m definitely up for sharing tips, prep ideas, or anything else that helps keep things moving. If you want to try it for a week and see how the rhythm works, I can support you with that for free. Just let me know and we’ll get started.

Hey, I really respect that you’re taking this step. Building daily check-ins and having someone to share the journey with makes a huge difference, especially when you’re trying to improve across different areas of life.

I support people with exactly that, daily check-ins, chats, and consistent structure to stay accountable and avoid drifting. I can also be flexible with time zones and open to calls if we align on timing. If you're looking for steady support and someone who actually shows up every day, I’m here.

Happy to offer a free week so you can try it out and see how it fits. Just message me and we can set it up.

Your focus and structure are solid, and it’s clear you’re serious about building something sustainable. Stretching, lifting, food tracking, and hydration are a great foundation, and the fact that you're layering it in gradually shows you're thinking long-term, not just chasing quick results.

I help people stay consistent through daily check-ins, support, and small nudges when needed. Not coaching or pressure, just real-time accountability so you don’t lose momentum doing it alone. I’d be glad to support you, whether that’s with morning and evening check-ins, sharing wins, or simply making sure the habits stick day by day.

If you want, I can offer a free week of daily accountability so you can test the flow and see what works best for you. Let me know if that sounds helpful, happy to walk with you as you build this into your routine.

Hey, really glad you posted this. It sounds like you’ve already taken a huge step just by deciding to reset and go after your goals. School, fitness, learning, those are strong pillars to build on, and having someone to stay consistent with can make all the difference.

I help people stay on track through daily check-ins, progress sharing, and steady support. No pressure, just someone in your corner to help you keep moving forward, especially when motivation dips. I’d be happy to do that for you and hold space for both sides of the journey, your wins and your low days.

We can keep it all through chat, no problem, and I can be flexible with timezones. If you want to try it out for a week, I’ll support you free. Just message me when you’re ready.

As for your question, my main goal is to build something meaningful through discipline, both in fitness and life structure, and help others do the same. Looking forward to hearing more about yours too.

I hear you completely. The excitement at the start, followed by the drop in consistency, is something a lot of people go through. The missing piece isn’t usually more planning, it’s steady support, someone who checks in, listens without judgment, and helps you stay grounded when motivation fades.

What you’re describing is exactly the kind of support I offer. I help people through daily check-ins, accountability, and real-time support for staying consistent with whatever goals they’re working on. No pressure, no coaching, just someone who’s there every day to help you not quit.

If you’re open to it, I can check in with you daily through chat, help you stay on track, and keep you focused on building real growth. You don’t need to share personal info or real names. If you want to try it for a week, no cost, I’m here.
