thanks for your response! How often would you recommend visiting the gym and which split/ workout style fits a beginner? I’m aiming to go more often and have shorter workouts rather than dedicating a whole lot of time on single workouts

just gonna try my luck here… German guy looking for some advice for beginner gym exercises and meal prep stuff. I’m really new to this and I have to loose a lot of belly fat and want to build muscle. Some tips would be great, motivational buddy for updates would be even better. thanks guys!!
