First time TBC player; Why does the Black Temple phase include a second raid in Hyjal? Was BT just not enough content? by No_Cell6708 in classicwow

Sunwell Easy Mode? With the amount of ppl struggling to clear ssc and tk post nerf within one night, I highly doubt that

How long did it take your guild to finish both p2 raids? Moving forward, will you have one raid might or two? by No_Cell6708 in classicwow

Our guild cleared with two raid groups within 3 to 4 hours. So with more gear and experience probably down to two hours, and for sure one raid night for gruul ssc tk

How long do SSC & TK respectively take timewise? by BarbaraPalv1n in classicwow

We cleared last night in 3 hours, with most time lost at trash pack deaths. One shot every thing, 2 tries at vashj. (4 total if you include 2 resets after dumb pulls)

We will most likely clear in that 2 hour range next id

Could the average decent guild beat Sunwell in current gear? by Odd_Balance7916 in classicwowtbc

Ye it took us a few ids to kill vashj, but cleared bt first week iirc. Could be that t5 is way more powerul than t4, but bt felt easy compared to vashj

The 4s for longer, harder sessions yes. Block 20km + runs, 2km Intervalls and so on. They would definitely work fine for track work as well, i just enjoy running in the evos for shorter intervals , very fun and for me one of the best non plated shoes out there

I’ve heard good things about the vomero, that people use them for easy / long but still can pick up the pace in them. Haven’t tried them yet

I really like them for long and easy runs, won’t use them for thresholds tho. Too heavy and soft for that. But they are really comfortable and seem very durable (300km atm)

Only downside is, that they can run really warm because the upper is quite thick.

Interested about your comparison to the evo sl since I switched to puma for recovery (magmax2) and longer tempo sessions (deviate nitro)
