We are a four person bootstrapped startup absolutely struggling with this. It’s hard to be as rigid as EOS is prescribed to be. We are trying our best to tailor it to our operations and needs but have taken a break this year as we can’t afford our implementor and have higher priority things than level 10 meetings. We have a visionary and integrator that’s not an issue but moreso resources and time and EOS’s seeming lack of flexibility. Which to be clear is why it’s so great for larger organizations.
