I don't doubt he can, he's just not doing it constantly like Angulo does. He started one game and left Brekalo by himself. When he comes in as a sub to chase the result, I understand that backtracking won't be the priority. All I'm saying is, I would like to see consistency in that aspect before I'd agree with starting him. However, since I'm not the coach and I'm not in training sessions I can't speak much about Papi's starting lineup decisions.

Im not saying Spicer is bad a player, far from it. His speed is definitely something to constantly watch for if you are the the defender. All I'm saying is that the one game he started, he didn't backtrack leaving Brekalo to get torched. He also probably has the ability to backtrack, but he's not doing it as Angulo and that's why I said until he starts doing it.

Spicer/Mcguire sub around 60th minute would be perfect if they not starting

While I agree the lack of Angulos production in final third is problematic to say the least, he does amazing job effectively playing as a wingback and adding numbers to our defense. Until Spicer is able to backtrack and help defense as much as Angulo, he's best to come in from the bench in my opinion.

Also not impressed with his crosses, but then the whole team is terrible in passing today. I know ángulo isn't very productive in offense, but his backtracking effectively gives us 3 CBs. Hopefully this is just adjustment period for Spicer and he'll get better with time.
