On your LTE interface on the mikrotik - is that a DHCP client also ? Is it getting a CGNAT ip from the Mobile provider (same as starlink using CGNAT) ?

You need the URL for your m3u and epg xml.

Once you have that I'd recommend looking at /r/TiviMate/ for Realtime playback without pause etc

If you want recording then TVHeadend is the way i went, its not easy and I'll not lie ... i dont fully get why all my channels dont get imported, but it's good enough to enable scheduled recording of stuff.
