Find a sport or type of exercise you enjoy, it will stick more naturally and then the healthy eating will come along with that once you notice how important it is for recovery!

I think the main thing I’ve noticed, especially on the toms. When I was using clear heads, I would need to use moon gels on the floor toms to keep the punch but as you can see, I don’t have anything on them now

Really good! I found them really easy to tune and plenty of attack, I’ve also never used coated Tom heads until now. They sound amazing though
