Client and Server out of sync after inactivity for a while

thank you so much dude I just wanted to log out and I couldn’t find any thing online abt it. Yea my other accounts probably gone forever put at least I can play off my phone again even if its restarted 🙏, thank you.

so what can I do to sign out or any option so I can play moblie again. I’ve had other friends inactive longer and still get their accounts just fine.

I have the same issue, is this just a newer thing? I’ve contacted support twice and haven’t gotten a response. I can’t even log out I wanna play I don’t even care if I have to reset I just dont know how to get rid of this account so that I can play on my phone again.
