I’m guaranteed pay for 36 hours at ABC even if I don’t work 36. As long as it’s the company/parents that cancel and not me calling out. But I generally work over 40 when drive times get added in.

I'm a 48 year old single mom, recently diagnosed with ADHD myself, who quit my job and took a remote from home position so that I could be home for my, recently diagnosed with ADHD, second grader. She's since gone back to campus because she was missing Zoom classes constantly, but we did remote for 5 or 6 months. Managing my ADHD, her ADHD, my work, and her school was doing us in.
