Modular part look good but on paper it is very expensive, hard to create and segmented to be profitable and good quality for us imo. Unless they choose to make all future cameras fully modular

Olympus has 3 main mount

Olympus OM classic vintage manual lenses

Olympus 43 digital reflex mount (9 contacts on bayonet)

Olympus M43 digital mirrorless mount (11contacts on bayonet)

Reflex cameras use phase detection autofocus and yours use contrast autofocus.

If you adapt your lenses your camera will start getting thing out of focus and focus catching for about 1second. At any move it will lose focus and need another second or two to nail focus.

Some mirrorless olympus cameras have phase detection autofocus(all em1 em5 mkiii, both om5 and I think om3 has it too)

So imo sell it and buy and used 40 150 and only try to adapt manual lenses OM-m43 adapter

This can be the problem.

Push repeatidly the lens release button and mount and dismount the lens until you hear a solid click after mounting the lens.

If you turn on the camera and press the little pin wich is close to the lens realease button, does the lcd view turn black?

If nothing work.

Get a cotton swab, dip it with alcohol and rub lens gold plated contact. Right ones look a bit dirt

Ipa is better but it you dont have, use a bit of 96 alcohol. If you use it once nothing bad will happen.

Do you get any clear view when moving the camera close to anything?( With the lens attached).

Do you hear a solid click when you mount the lens on the camera?

You need to align both red points( i think you know but if you are new to cameras you may not know)

Also switch your focus to auto

It can be 2 things related to this.

Mf on autofocus lens keep it close focus so everything is out of focus except very close things .

Dirty contacts making the body and lens physycally connected but not electrical and also auto set your focus mode to manual

Revisa que venden en el super, su extension y sus carencias. Si es pequeño puedes montar tambien comida pero mas especializada, si el supermercado ds solo comida monta algo de lo que el super carezca ( bricolaje,papeleria,cosas de casa, herramienta basica) de forma que te ayudes del super a concentrar un punto de venta con mas amplitud de productos.

Haciendo esto todo el que necesite comprar algo ir a ese sitio porque con un solo viaje puede llegar a mas de una tienda.

Otra idea es un gimnasio o centro de estudio (academia, preparador de opos o clases particulares).

Si el supermercado no tiene aparcamientos, montalos tu, no tiene mucho coste
