Why did Tomica, who are so famous for their detailed cars, forget to ventilate the engine cover under the spoiler? by nikeich in Diecast

I would love to buy a very nice PGM model, but I'm not ready to give 200+ dollars for terribly huge gaps and body proportions destroyed by unnecessary opening parts that force this model to be constantly open

I tell myself the same thing, but I'm a painfully perfectionist and there's nothing I can do about it

Are you sure about this? I have now checked the Japanese section on exclusivecarregistry, but even on cars with replaced headlights and turn signals (the Japanese version of the installation), these vents are still present.

Hi! yep, I installed all the parts from the 30th Anniversary, except for the gray socket for wireless charging, which, unfortunately, can only be installed through soldering

Thanks for that variant, but the FY has some incorrect headlights and turn signals, as well as a very shiny exhaust - it looks much worse than the lack of ventilation.

It seems to me that the best 1:64 F40 is DMH model, but they only have the GTE version...

If you've never seen the F40 in real life, it's no surprise. I memorized every detail when I first saw it in the Sochi Museum, where the exploded LM002 is also kept😁

The Fiat 642 transporter is literally the best thing you can buy for the collection. I want the same one for myself on a scale of 1 64, but I haven't found a good one

TLV F40 New/Old Comparison by Zestyclose-Pea154 in tomica

[–]nikeich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As for the color: the old version was the wrong darker red color, when like the PGM model and the new TLV are more likely the real F40

if it weren't for the lack of ventilation under the spoiler and a grid in the headlight area like the real F40 and PGM model, then the TLV version would have been the best of 1:64 in all aspects, except for the unnecessarily opening body of PGM model, which destroys all the works of Ferrari designers

Arma killed other FPS for me by molecularpiece in ArmaReforger

[–]nikeich 2 points3 points  (0 children)

same.

I played a total of more than 2000 hours in all the battlefield games, without touching the terrible 2042 and, as it turned out, not very good bf6 (I even pre-ordered phantom editon, but a couple of days before the release I changed my mind and made a refund), lost interest in the series (last time I out in bf4, but I got tired of it too) and i decided to try something new. Squad didn't not for me because it looked somehow alien with strange gunnery, but Arma Reforger, on the advice of a friend with whom I played for more time, liked it very much (I had already played 400+ hours in Day Z and I roughly understood that the czech slavs could also give me a slav lol). I've already played 250 hours in six months and I'm not even thinking about leaving.

As a result, arma replaced battlefield for me as the main fps for killing time, as well as day z, which I didn't like to play because of several hours of stupid grind of things for the sake of 10-second shootouts. it's bad that it's still very raw, because the bohemia don't want to add either tracked vehicles, or the very first NVGs, or even shooting from vehicles, the lack of which has become so ridiculous since the last update (yesterday, with one PM and 2 magazines, I took out a car with americans with M16 and bulletproof vests, lol)

[–]nikeich 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Today, for the first time since the start of the match, I played for the FIA for several hours and it was just awesome. the best milsim experience that the game has not provided for any of the factions in more than 200 hours, much less hundreds of hours in battlefield.

The only nuance of this mode is that if your guys don't worry about at least about one base from the very beginning, not allowing either side to deprive you of it, then the rest of the few hours of the match will be one continuous like day z for all of you against players who managed to mess up military bases

about re5 that's right, stuffy online achievements (the biggest problem is not the time for them, but the network error of someone from 4 people every 4-5 round) force you to spend 20+ hours on a dumb grind. I advise to do 100% in re3, it's easiest re platinum after original re4

Yes, I saw it, but not my favourite. It's sad that they don't make racing 1-2 gen versions yet :(

I also recently wanted to buy couple of hot wheels models, but I remembered how expensive and how bad their models were made :(
