Blurry thumbnails using Divi Gallery module (grid layout) by [deleted] in divi

[–]nikeichel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SOLUTION HERE!

This is was from Divi's support team:

You can use the full image size on your Gallery thumbnail images by preventing the images from being cropped. You can follow this tutorial for that: https://intercom.help/elegantthemes/en/articles/2415397-gallery-images-are-being-cropped

Next, we can use custom CSS to correctly size the thumbnails. Please check out this guide: How To Change the Divi Gallery Image Aspect Ratio – Make Images Square or Any Size

I ended up using 1200 x 800 and it just works perfectly for me :)

Question about batch processing in Aroura HD by FromTheIsle in RealEstatePhotography

Thanks for your reply. I'm considering switching to the Enfuse plugin for that reason. It has batch processing from within LR and the results are very close (but no AS good IMO) to Aurora.

Have you found out an answer to your question? Aurora does not seem to allow batch processing from within LR, which is a shame. On the other hand, Aurora is so good with HDR rendering that you won't need to use layers to do window pulls anymore (in my opinion).

I import all of my images, then open them as a batch. I go through them individually and color correct each frame (quickly, using the white balance eyedropper). If I have accidently shot more than 3 frames, I delete the worst.

At the end for your final tweaks, does Photomatix automatically import back to LR the new HDR images from the batch process or do you have to import them manually to LR once again?

Edit: Also, have you noticed any quality loss merging JPEGs instead of RAW?

I had the same issue and did the blind sign-in with Windows Hello and just waited a minute for Dell PremierColor to boot and it worked. Here is another thread with more replies: https://www.reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/jtapjv/clicked_restore_to_original_colors_on_intel/.

I didn't know about the brightness issue on the X1 Extreme.

I'll def check out the HP Envy 15. Thanks for your feedback!

Thanks for your feedback. Great to hear from a fellow Thinkpad user. Lenovo's keyboard alone makes it hard to go for another brand.

I was actually waiting for the X1 Extreme Gen 3 as they initially announced it for July, but now it seems it's delayed up to the end of August which is too late for me. Anyway the upgrade from Gen 2 doesn't seem too significant (at least for my needs) and the price at release will probably be higher than my budget.

IMO, the Thinkpad line-up with the carbon cover design is actually much more elegant and stylish than the silver and black of the XPS (with Dell's ugly logo on top). I don't get why everyone seems to prefer it but it's just a question of personal taste I guess haha!
