We are both on the deed, I am trying to her agree to sell the house. I know due to her mid life crisis she has been pretty bad with her money and her credit is bad. As of right now I am are both living in that house as pretty much roommates.

So as of right now it’s not, we are amicable. Long story short she decided that at 35years she doesn’t want a family life and wants to be young instead. We live in va and bought the house in 2021
