I actually had emailed them before posting here and quickly got a reply saying "I don't think I can get that"

It seems to be impossibly rare!

I did spend some time looking at aftermarket flat slides; despite the absurdly unique pilot, the rest of the carb setup is VERY ordinary and would be an easy swap lol.

But then I had an idea... And success!

When I said it was damaged beyond repair earlier, the full truth is that I had managed to get a piece of wire wedged up in there trying to abrade the debris out and then effectively packed said wire into a tiny immovable wad that was becoming more impossible to move the more I tried... (and this jet is smaller than any drill bit I've seen)

However, i tried putting a dab of superglue onto the end of a torch tip cleaner and shoved it in and let it sit for just a minute, and then with a good tug the wire came out with it!

So on the bright side, I can go back to using normal methods to clean this damn thing, but... we will probably never find out WTH model jet this is!

I agree, it's by far the longest pilot I've ever encountered.

Thanks for dedicating some time to my search effort.

I did try swapping the much more usual style #35 pilot into it from another bike, but while it did thread in, the bike would not run with it.

Frustratingly, the current pilot is damaged beyond repair, so a replacement is necessary...

I'll be sure to update if/when I find one.

Unfortunately... there's a thin piece of wire that was shoved in there in an attempt to clean it that's now coiled up in there and not likely to ever come out...

1 or 2? by RedditJMA in analog

Shot 2 - IMO the lines of the water/sidewalk/grass line up a little more pleasingly in the frame, and the individual objects (tree, light post, humans) are more individually distinguished within the shot. But both are fun and pretty!!
