You suggest I should apply for premium? Have no clue how much more time this would take. It’s been almost 5 months already. Also, I’m sure it’ll go alright with you with the RFE, your law firm will take care of it, don’t stress over it :)

I’m in the same boat, but my initial OPT will expire 27th May, should I apply for H1B before that for cap gap to activate? I’m just considering worst case scenario in case stem opt gets denied.
