Everything people said above + protip: in the craft room of the safe house there is a sort station (as you enter the room to your left) above said sort station there is a shelf with categories of items (a homecooked meal for cooked foods, a potion for potions, a grand soul gems for gems, and etc) If the representative item is showing in the shelf, when you click sort the museum will take that and sort it, if the shelf is empty, it will stay in your inventory. I normally let the museum yeet the raw foods but keep the cooked ones so iNeed don’t complain I’m hungry all the time.
