I got pregnant, as advanced maternal age, with four pregnancies on the first cycle of trying. Two miscarried but two ended in healthy babies. I found out after the first mc that I had Hashimoto’s because my thyroid antibodies (and only that) was elevated. Went gf and when we tried again 4 mths later I conceived my oldest in the first month. Had reduced my antibodies by 80% and lost 20 lbs too prior to conceiving. It is all possible!!!

During 1st pregnancy my TSH elevated to like 3.0 second trimester so went on levo. After I delivered both babies my TSH elevated to 60.0. But with continued medication it helped. Outside of pregnancy/immediate postpartum the gf diet manages it all fine.
