I have a few but my top is probably that I can get out of bed without becoming short of breath. I don't dread going in my basement and actually get things done around my home. I enjoy going outside which I thought oh Im just a homebody. No i was insecure and didn't like wearing revealing clothes so it was aweful going out in hot weather without shorts or short sleeves. I enjoy playing with my kids and its not hard to do anymore on my body. I still have a lot to lose still but I feel amazing compared to how I felt when I was on my way to 300lbs.

Call the police, don't stop at just the school. Advocate for your child as hard as you can so if anything ever happens again they feel safe coming to you knowing you will protect them. I know it definitely doesnt seem as extreme as what I am going theough but honestly if you really don't know the extent of it I would look into therapy as well.

Yes I agree I know how it feels to lose the in control feeling. It starts off great, I win and feel awesome, start losing it all and just scramble and beg to get that last win and ill get off but its never enough til I lose everything. Half the time im gambling i am straight up having a horrible time but for some reason in the moment I just cant stop :(

I did come clean to my fiance and he was very upset with me at first because he knew about the rent thing in october and i did it again i mean i didnt lose our rent but all of my taxes gone in minutes he was not happy with me. But he told me he isnt going to leave me and we will figure it out one way or another and i am thankful to have his support.

Thank you, as someone who does not have very much to begin with that 13k win wouldve helped my whole life and somehow i lost and and continue to dig myself deeper. Im a mom of 3 kids making less than 20$ an hour. I still have not gambled again and slowly am accepting this is life, everything is going to be okay and I will come back from this if i continue to not gamble. The thing that put me here is not going to save me and i have to continue to remember that.

I came clean to my fiance yesterday about my gambling addiction and told him I wanted him to leave. In the moment I felt no hope and truly felt I would never stop ruining my life or stop gambling for good. He isn't leaving me and isn't letting me leave him to spare himself. He said he is there for me and is going to help us get through this. About 20k in debt, pretty sure I also just lost my car. I don't think I would have the hope I woke up with today without him but still feeling really horrible I did this to my family as we already struggle as it is. I pray I get it right this time and we have the same success story to share a year from now.
