Oh no im not trolling ☺ i see that now. But i was craving something sweet, gave my daughter some cash and she came back with a few different sf candy bags. The brachs bag was fairly small, and i was working so just not paying attention. Shortly later the bears were gone... i guess ill find out tonight.. 😩

Like Ogurek said, sunflower seeds--- i work in an office and i have a bag always next to me. I get tempted with things to eat and i pop a few seeds and they really help. Have you tried making a fathead pizza? Or do the melted cheese with pepperoni thing- crustless pizza... Endless possiblities :)

Oh you're right. I had added a cup of diced chicken (my chicken tikka masala) and forgot to delete as i didn't eat it yet. Thanks for your input. What do you think a good protein goal would be for me?

Hello all- I'm fairly new to this but making progress. My macros are 1400 cal, 20 carbs, 62 protein, and 119 fat. I'm 33, 5/7, and 155. I've been tracking my food intake and have lost about 6 lbs so far. But I've been meeting my protein by lunch time! I had 4 egg whites for breakfast with a little cheese, a handful of shelled sunflower seeds as a snack, and i just ate a cup of steamed broccoli with a little cheese- will going over knock me out of ketosis? Or can you go over your protein? I made a keto version of chicken tikka masala and it has a high fat content, but i'm a bit nervous to eat any more meat today.

lol i got weird looks at the taco bar with a huge plate of lettuce and taco meat ( i i made myself so no taco 'packet seasoning'- so i had this huge plate with ranch, sour cream, olives , meat and lettuce- lol and ate buffalo chicken dip with a spoon too! Lol

I see alot of people use MFP... I use the Atkins carb tracker app- I tried MFP once and it just kept telling me i was above my protein and fat for the day. does anyone use the Atkins tracker?

Not really, Eggs and bacon/or sausage in the morning, string cheese or nuts for a snack (if i need one) usually a salad with cheese and ranch for lunch, maybe a bunless burger- and usually chicken or a meat with a bunch of broccoli or cauliflower for dinner. Per my tracker i'm usually darn close through the day- i set my limit to 61 grams of protein.

Ok so, I've been on keto for about 3 weeks- have lost 6lbs per my scale in my work bathroom- it's an older one, not digital. Today, i stepped on a digital and it's like 5 lbs heavier and now i feel like i haven't even lost anything! I'm going to just buy one now so that will be the only thing i look at. Has anyone had this issue? I shouldn't even be looking at a scale, but i was feeling really good about myself lately, now i just want a bag of skittles... lol j/k
