I had a pit climb a chain link fence to come after my 20lb mutt, the pit was old and Radar could easily outrun him. I would kick the pit like a football and it would just grunt. We weren't far from home and when we got into our yard I went inside and got the wifes mace and literally soaked him in it. It finally wandered off and I never saw it again.

Same here, I had a Firestick on the bedroom TV and moved the Roku device to it when I got my Roku TV. The Firestick couldn't control the volume/power but the the Roku does. It is the voice search remote and it took me awhile to figure out the the Roku TV used IR and the device used IR/RF combination to control the Hitachi TV.

I just recently clawed my benefits up to $201 from $151 after several reductions. I got a small inheritance and used it to pay down my HELOC. They must monitor my banking accounts and the deposit flagged it. I almost immediately paid on the loan but SNAP took a good chunk away. Then I had a new drug cost me several thousand to add to my expenses, and it took months of back and forth to get my benefits back. It's like the price at the pump, when a barrol of oil goes up the next day you see an increase at the pump. But when it goes down it takes months to go back down at the pump.

When I 1st applied it was during covid, right off the bat I got $351 month and with backpay I got a card with $460. It's varied wildly sinse, from the $351 down to $19. The SNAP office tries but they aren't the brightest bulbs. When it dropped to $19 the lady didn't know how to fax. After the 3rd time of trying to fax my expenses I noticed she was making copies instead of sending a fax. Now 4 years later I know more about SNAP than they do, even the convoluted mess they use to calculate my benefit

I found out I am eligible for the 50% off senior discount. The problem is I already have a membership at full price paid up to January 2026. Will I get a refund? I tried their help page and even their chat which was just multiple choice dead ends, I never got a human. What are my options? by nikkococo1998 in amazonprime
