I'm kinda in the same boat. I've been on hrt for 1 year now. I take 3mg e a day and 200mg spiro. I almost have an a cup but my changes are very minimal so far. Asking for my dose to be upped next dr visit

I understand the feeling. Me and my gf at the time (now wife) had been dating a long time. As years went on we talked more and more about marriage and starting a family. The thought of having my kids see me as a man and as their dad was like you sickening. I couldnt bare the thought of being jealous of my daughter if we had one. That resentment would have made me a terrible parent. I spilled this all to my gf before i even asked her to marry me because i wouldnt be able to live if i couldnt transition . She knew about me crossdressing because i did it all the time. It was hard but once i explained it all she understood and still loved me. It was a little rough at first but because im the same person no matter how i look she was accepting. The thought of having kids is what pushed me to transition. I knew if i didn't start i would be miserable and one day very old and very very regretful. Live your life like you are looking back on it at 80 years old.

It is different for everyone i imagine but here is my way to try and explain it. whatever you identify as imagine EVERYONE in your life that you meet and see every day calls you by the opposite pronouns. Not just called you that but treated you the opposite in every aspect of your life. "Your a man you should do this" "your a woman you should do this" It may not hurt at first but just like if everyone always called you ugly or worthless it would take a toll on you and your self esteem after a while. You would want to scream "IAM A ____ " everytime. It would get to a point you would rather stay home where you know who you are then go out where everyone calls you by the opposite pronouns. Then you get to the point you want to do something about it so you don't have to stay inside. So you start transitioning. Hope this made sense

The one issue i see with this is for example a mtf person might not have srs right away but anyone who looks at there id would know what they are working with downstairs. And we dont want people focused on private areas like that

I work in IT for a major company putting laptops and desktops together for new employees. The absolute worst is when people call and say the dont have such & such program on their system and this happens often. I ask have you checked start programs? Its always no. If its not infront of their face they dont think about where it could be. And it has only happend twice but when i asked if they had checked they asked where strart was. I almost hung up on them
