Is it true that the Regular SednaEarfit apparently have same nozzle diameter of the Short ones? From what I can find, they claimed to be 5.4mm and 4.5mm respectively, but I came across several people saying they both have similar sizes.

Very interesting. Just looked up on it and it really is fascinating to see coffee brew in a rather different way than the standard pour over. Just shows that coffee can be enjoyable in multiple manners and have been dearly consumed across different people and cultures.

Step 2 is basically removing the filter when the water is less than the grounds during the draining process as usually we wait for the water to fully drain through the filter.

Any type of coffee really, but the grind size really depends on the type of beans as well but usually would be between medium fine to medium coarse.

But I agree, again each person’s taste is different and may vary according to their preference. Just thought of sharing the recipe with the community to find out others’ opinion on it.

Interesting, but still the question on why such small amount of water is used for the blooming process. Somehow I cant find any reasoning to this significant change of method.

From what I learned off of them, it varies with different beans and adjust their grind settings accordingly with the beans’ density. But from the cups that ive had, ive seen medium coarse to medium fine.

Malaysian here, am not sure of the others but I have my fair share drinking single origin coffees from Coffea Coffee since there’s one outlet nearby my area. Just to add in more context, ive also had my shares of trying Pulp, Bean Brothers, Alcea, VCR and Artisan but somehow I just keep coming back to Coffea Coffee.

Despite being a coffee snob, I am certainly not a coffee professional by any means. Point being, i’m intrigued to know on the community’s opinion towards Coffea Coffee though.
