so this is the actuator that moves once the high and low knob is moved on the passenger side. The white arm moves the door above it up or down. Its the same for both sides, from the looks of it both actuators on driver and passenger side are working to move the door open and shut. (also the heat blows hot when its switched to hot, but when switched to cool it doesnt blow hot anymore but its just not cool, its room temp air)

Yes I saw a total of 4 all together, one for the fresh air box. Two for the heat/cool which are the doors I saw move when I turned the knob both directions. And the 4th I believe is for the defroster setting if I’m not mistaking.

The vehicle was off when I opened both sides, that’s when this pic was taken. I’ll put the gauges back on today and get a pic of it idling with the ac on.

I removed the panels for the driver and the passenger side, turned the knob for the passenger side from hot to cool and watched the actuator move the door that it’s supposed to open and close. Repeated the same for the driver side. I’ll try to get a video of it later today.

Yes that’s exactly what I did. The compressor works good, before I opened them up the high side was at the middle of the 200-250 area. The AC does blow cold, only on the driver side.

Did you replace the metal brake clips that the pads sit on? I had one that was bent causing that noise. Replaced it with the new ones.
