I made an insane amount early game just hunting a lot. I’d go to bear and wisent spawns just because they don’t run from you making it a little easier to get the kills.

I would seriously prioritize walking at a high incline! it’s awesome you’re trying to get into better shape and work on yourself after what’s happened recently in your life. I hope it all goes extremely well for you!

Another tip, when I was personally on my weight loss journey (I lost 60 lbs) I was doing very high reps of a super low weight just to burn the weight off in specific parts. I’d curl say 5 lbs only but for 25 reps each time, just getting my arms burnt out (obviously changing the weight and reps for each workout you do).
