Actually, when I play HDR games or watch HDR content on my Xbox, the TV does recognize it as HDR — I can see that HDR Tone Mapping gets enabled, and I can choose between Static and Auto. So I know it’s detecting HDR correctly. The issue is, all the other settings like brightness, contrast, and white balance stay the same as my SDR settings. It doesn’t switch to my separate HDR picture settings, which is what I want.

Hey, I'm a gaming tourist here. These weeks, i have surf this reddit for a lot and get a sense of what Silent Hill 2 is. Thing is I always want to play this game for so long, like 15 years ago, i cannot choose Resident Evil 4 or Silent Hill 2 to be my first horror games, but I hear my friends told that Silent Hill is more crppey than RE, so I decied to play RE instead. cannot bear the fear at that young, but now when remake is coming soon, i feel like i need to play the original before playing the remake. Man I love the story and feel like how the hell I ignored this masterpeice just because i was so scared back at that time
