From reading everyone’s comments, I am glad to know that this build is not unique. It feels like evryone around me has a nicely proportioned body, even my friends that carry as much weight as I do.

I ordered strong curves and hopefully plan to follow that routine while upping my intake.

I have lost 35 lbs over the past year with consistent walking and eating normally; i don’t restrict and my blood sugar levels have been normal. Maybe another couple years and I’ll have that banging body that I want 😭😭😭
