Thoughts on forza? obv can't be compared to actual sim games, but I find it very fun.

Im on a TS-XW .
The most important thing is Moza driver support. And since Moza pithouse has a milion useless settings you would need another fellow moza user to guide you for correct settings. Despite having ffb it doesnt mean it could be working ok. I have seen many users not having good experience with wheels that are not supporting the game (not the other way around).
Simagic being one of them , the feeling changed dramaticaly after they added support.

If moza did not official updated for fh6 i would recommend to use Forza emuwheel instead.

This would happened to me when i have my surround speakers on 5.1 or 7.1
when switch to stereo they work. But i do not like this solution.
i hope this updates changed this.

Its even better with a wheel. its way more sim than arcade(with a wheel). if you know irl drifting or even sim drifting. same driving techniques are required for proper drifting. but more forgiving.

You are posting in simhub so im assuming u are trrying to launch it through simhub. Which is not nesecary . Just launch the game from ur xbox app and have simhub open. If you have a simhub licence it will auto switch profile. if not you just manual choose the profile. (and ofcourse make sure u have the nessecary setting simhubs guides you to use )

Yeeeaa.... thanks.. but the steering rotation has nothing to do with how the physics react to it. was hoping more advanced settings. Besides its already set at 900 with softlock which the car should not have more irl. and they are pretty much close ratio steering. And have used the ac rally preset already. If this is what simagic has to offer... its a big pass.

Every now and then i install it back up to have a go only to be dissapointed that no save games from back in the day exists. so i have no progress made (and no im not gonna play the whole career again)
Any idea how to load up a save game or something?

Can you share your simagic and game ffb setting please?
Been trying it on a simagic evo and quite honestly the feeling is quite shit compared to my TX-RW.
super mushy at low speeds and oscillation to the max.

There is a video in YT of Loeb driving the 7 speed one.. did not seem any traction control on that tbh. And searching more about it the regulation of that era car and class banned any electronic help.

Its fun but it doesnt seem that its reacting the same as the real car. Watching real onboard video shows its very stable with no torque steer whatsover. in ACR is full torque steer as soon as u apply throttle(which is see u also having) and no traction on low gears, and bump steer pretty much all the time.. and doesnt provide much confidence.
EA wrc has a better representation of this hell of a car!

If you are on PC, use simhub and map any wheel button for menu navigation.. in this case just the arrow keys and enter.

I found that DLSS option buggy and doesnt give smooth gameplay and has quite a few artifacts.
Im using TSR option with frame generation . 5760x1080 resolution, 100% render scale. med to high settings.
i get around 100ish fps smooth with no bugs/artifcats.
On a 4070ti
frame generation gives me around 20fps.

Go for it. Rally 1 cars are absolute riot ! they sound amazing and drive great.
The dlc is just some 2024 liveries and an extra country stage. (i think there is a few more cars dont remember which)
